IBS 1john 1:5-7
"This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his son cleanseth us from all sin"

In chapter 2 verse 10 it says "he that Loveth his brother abideth in the light" so if we plug that in to these verses it becomes more clear, if we love each other as Christ loves us we have fellowship with each other.  Colossians 3:14 in the esv says "put on love which binds everything together in perfect harmony" in the kjv Ephesians 4:2-3 says "forbearing one another in love; endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace." love causes peace and unity. Love is what compelled God to become a man and unite us to him and make peace between us. Michael Jordan loves basketball, he devoted his entire life to it, everything he did was for basketball, he was united to it, he played baseball for a little bit but he didn't love it, so eventually it just went away, it was no longer a part of his life. Two people who love each other constantly want to be near each other, constantly think about each other, live for each other. So yeah if we love each other we will have unity and we will be in the light, if we don't love each other we won't have unity and we won't be walking with God

I have a list of all the commandments in the New Testament concerning how we should interact with others so I will read and pray over that every morning
